Cannot Resolve Circular References.
Cause:
The formula entered in a cell contains references that refer to and are dependent on each other.
Solution:
Locate all the cells or formulas that are involved in the circular reference. Closely examine the cells and formulas and make the necessary changes.
To locate the cells or formulas that are involved in a circular reference:
1) Select the cell whose cell reference is displayed as being circular in the status bar.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Go To...'. (The Go To dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Special...'. (The Go To Special dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Precedents' radio button.
5) Select the 'All Levels' radio button.
